Viking Aircraft Dragonfly MkII
The MkII Dragonfly is a two-wing composites-built aircraft offering a 43" wide cabin, fast cruise and docile handling characteristics. While the original Dragonfly had landing gear at end of canard, the MkII has a conventional hoop.
This 95% completed kit is offered for sale with all instruments, 60HP VW engine (with twin Bing carburettors), Sweetapple propeller, hydraulic brakes and park brake (in lieu of cable brakes). Items to complete are minimal; the engine installation needs to be completed, avionics require installation, propellor spinner is not yet purchased, elevator trim is yet to be fitted and cowl needs painting. Ailerons are set up as flaperons (electrically controlled) with both +/- movement.
