Designed originally by Tom Hamilton as the the award-winning Glasair TD taildragger in 1979, the Glasair I RG was developed with tricycle gear for a wider market application.
This retractable gear Glasair has enjoyed recent extensive works and upgrades, ready for the new owner. Setup with a 180HP IO-360 and CSU, the aircraft TAS is 185kts at 8000' (service ceiling FL190) and at just 36 LPH! A Dynon D180, Garmin G5 & suite of avionics completes this package. The Seller has multiple NEW & used additional avionics for sale in addition to this aircraft - to upgrade the panel or use on other aircraft (see invoice in logbook downloads) plus a Garmin 430.
