Piper PA-28R-201T Turbo Arrow III
First certified in 1978 - and with almost 70kg better payload than the non-turbo model (and 113kg more than the Arrow II), the Turbo Arrow III was arguably the most popular mid-distance tourer in the PA-28 line-up until the mid-1990's when Piper production resumed. The type also retained the largely preferred conventional tail design and sported a new Continental turbo-charged TSIO-360-F or FB power plant (200HP), for fuel efficient cruising at higher altitudes.
This low-time aircraft features a recently bulk-stripped engine (2021, with main components zero-timed), recently installed Merlyn waste gate, a recently replaced propeller (2016) - and near-new control cables. The well-thought-out partial glass cockpit (including Aspen Evolution & Garmin 635 touchscreen GPS) combines modern technology with analogue backup instrumentation and intercom for all occupants.
Luxury leather seating, interior and near-new paint completes an aircraft package suited to the discerning owner who wants modern mid-range touring for both business and personal use.
