Corby CJ-1 Starlet
REDUCED TO SELL
WAS $34,000
NOW $24,900
Designed in the 1960's by Aeronautical Engineer, John Corby OAM, the CJ-1 is a single seat, amateur-built aircraft using wood and fabric construction. Over 1000 sets of plans have been sold; most built with 60hp VW or 80hp 2200 Jabiru power plants.
Built from plan set number 42 with a Jabiru engine, this aircraft offers spirited performance and a full set of covers. This is a VERY low hour aircraft; a reluctant sale from a Vendor-builder who simply couldn't find the time to fly as much as he would have liked, particularly after 2016). A fresh annual & some post-annual flight time will be included with the sale to provide additional confidence to the new owner. A rare opportunity to own and fly possibly the lowest total / engine time CJ-1 aircraft in the Southern Hemisphere.
