Aircraft description
The RANS S-19 Venterra is a sporty and capable aircraft that is delightful to fly with exceptional visibility. It's design parameters are very similar to the popular Vans RV-12 but for a lower price point.
It features a wide and comfortable cockpit equipped with a comprehensive Garmin glass cockpit and autopilot, making it a very capable and comfortable touring aircraft registered under RAAUS.
This example was built in 2016 to an exceptional standard by a retired engineer in Victoria. It was fitted with a Rotax 912 ULS engine that had 508hrs. This engine was inspected by Bert Flood Imports and has had a full hose kit replacement last year. The annual maintenance is performed by a L2 Maintainer to a high standard and everything about this aeroplane is in good condition.
RANS is a popular US kit manufacturer and the supply of spares and support for this model are still easily attainable.
Both the exterior and interior are tidy and well-presented. The aircraft has always been hangared.
The aircraft is currently at YGTO in Tasmania and available for inspection. Ferrying to Victoria can be negotiated for the right buyer uncomfortable with transiting the over water leg.
Additional items such as a pumpkin head cover, towbar, and chocks are included. There is a full set of wheel spats included that are not currently fitted to the aircraft. Aircraft logbooks are available and complete.
