This 172N had a Lycoming O-320-D2J engine installed in 2008 with RAM Aircraft STC SA2375SW, to replace the 'problematic' H2AD power plant. Low engine time combines with tidy paint & interior and a complete maintenance history to satisfy any fastidious 172 owner. A brand new GTX 335 w/GPS has been installed (October '25).
The aircraft was taken off the market in late 2024, with fresh instructions recently provided at a significantly reduced price. This aircraft would suit the VFR RPL or PPL holder looking for a reliable recreational aircraft, presentable farm 'hopper' or capable medium-range outback tourer.
