American Champion 7KCAB Citabria
Aircraft description
Capable, fun, predictable and a great addition to any flight line, the 7KCAB joined the 7GCAA and 7GCBC line-up at Champion, in 1968.
Affectionately known as 'Daisy', this well-known Citabria offers low time and a freshly bulk stripped engine in May 2025 by Platinum 300 (last overhaul 15/03/2002). The injected IO-320 power plant offers 3 minutes of continuous inverted flight.
The fabric was fully replaced and painted in 1996 and the coverings refurbished in 1997. With only 4 owners since 1969, the aircraft has been maintained by well-known and respected LAME's. Inside the cockpit, traditional instrumentation combines with a Garmin GNC300 TSO GPS with Nav/Com and transponder.
This aircraft would suit a flight school for tailwheel / aerobatic training, or the private pilot looking for a capable, proven aerobatic aircraft and medium-range cruiser.
